High- Rise:-
Pros: In the high- rise, the building often has the prodigious amenities, like the swimming pool, gym, theatres, food stalls, etc. that you can enjoy while living there. In addition to this, high-rise buildings are generally the new constructions, so apartments might also look modern than the low- rises apartment in your city. They are also safe as at the front door you need the key to enter.

Cons: Low-rises are mostly not in city, so your travel may be a little bit longer than if you lived in the high rise. These buildings might have a many amenities, but they may don’t have the deluxe resource like the gym and pool.
Flats:-
Pros: In the flats you can look for anything you are looking for because there are so many types of rentals in this style. This means that you will be able to stay in your desired neighborhood. Flats have bit more privacy than the low-rise and high-rise. You will also be able to find the large space with same character and they are generally less expenses than the high rise and low-rise building.
Cons: for flats, you may pay less rent, but also you will get the less as well. Flats normally don’t come with all the amenities, except the backyard. In addition, flats are less safe than the high and low- rise buildings because there is no security at door.
